Microsoft Bizspark. Microsoft? Yes, Microsoft.

Granted, mostly we focus on Apple and Android. And rightfully so, considering market share. Microsoft has started a program called 'Biz Spark' to help small businesses succeed. Without even thinking about mobile development, a small business that is accepted into the program (After a 3 week period of silence, I got my acceptance email a few minutes ago) is allowed to download darn near any MS product (Office, Visio, etcetera) and use it free of charge for about 2 years. After two years, you keep the software, and pay for updates (or, keep using it free with no updates). Worth looking into. The worst that can happen is they'll say no. http://www.microsoft.com/bizspark/ Cheers! -- Smug

Thanks Smug, just submitted my application to them. How long did your acceptance letter take?
