We are happy to announce the first release of our Web-to-Mobile plugin! You can now drop ShowKit into your app, and make calls between a Web browser and you app’s users. This release is for Windows (we know, we’re all a bunch of Mac users!). The Mac version will be out soon. On the Web-side, there is a downloadable plugin. Just like with Mobile-to-Mobile, Web-to-Mobile allows two users to connect via video chat, see the same mobile screen, and share touches. The Web-side can use the cursor to navigate the mobile screen and will see any touches the mobile user makes. I submitted a request for a invite and received it very quickly (took maybe a day) and so far ShowKit has been been very responsive in their communications with me. I'm just starting to experiment with ShowKit and I think the browser option is a great addition to their service. I hope to at least get a test app going by the going by the end of this weekend to try it all out. I'll post my experiences. William Comments I was excited to see ShowKit as an option for Buzztouch.
