Warning - pingjam apps removed

Just a heads up, apps with pingjam are getting removed from the android market for violating “System Interference” section of developer policy. Bad thing, too, because android only gives your developer account about 3 strikes before your entire developer account gets suspended and all of your apps removed. Appeals usually never get a response that isn't automated, and i've never heard of an app being unsuspended.

This is really a nightmare for the devs who have pingjam integrated in their apps. But guys at pingjam are working hard in sorting out this problem. Its true that googles dev a/c get suspended without any prior notice but its not true that you get 3 chances for it. They can suspend your dev a/c even on the first strike. Also there are lot of examples i know personally (including some of my own apps) which have been reinstated by google after you apply for appeal (only if you have a strong case here). The only thing is that they respond to your appeal after a long waiting period of 3-4 weeks. But to avoid all this from happening the devs must update their apps to stay in compliance relating to the latest policies and terms and conditions.
