1.4 BT Apps

I have a few 1.4 Android apps on the BT server. I just wanted to know if it is possible to open those packages in eclipse and update the code to the new Android BT 3.0? If it is possible could you please explain the procedure to me. Thanks

Hi Bodacious, Realistically it is not possible. You will need to re-create the app as a 3.0 Android app and re-download the sourcecode. I know it seems like a hassle, but I guarantee it is worth every minute of building. Let us know if you need any help! David https://buzztouchmods.com/market

so how would i get away with overwriting the .apk in google developer console. If I use the same signing certificate and use the same package name will it overwrite the .apk? ps, I am flying in from Florida in January. I need a close hotel to your house. Dirt bag hotels are cool with me. They are cheap. Joe

I'm going to find a recommended hotel for everyone, hold tight! You would sign it with the same stuff and submit it as a UPDATED apk, so the app would update to your new version. :-) David https://buzztouchmods.com/market

I've used this last year to convert my 1.4 apps to 2.0 so I suppose the same would pretty much apply to converting to 3.0. http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=2AF96D6F9346BAFAEB6AF8F&tid=2AF96D6F9346BAFAEB6AF8F
