importing plugin to live project

hi guys, is it possible to import a plugin to an already compiled project in eclipse ie a splash screen, i dont want the splash screen on the ios version, will it stay on the eclipse version if its not in the main project here cheers sean

Hi Sean, This will only work if you create two separate apps - 1 for iOS and 1 for Android. It's the json data that tells both apps, 'hey there is a splash screen: show it' . In iOS the code for the splash screen is not available so it will do nothing or throw an error and in Android it checks for the code, finds it and presents the screen. Long story short: No it wil not work! Hope this explains why. Best Regards, Danny

You can import any plugins while creating app in your project. But if you are referring to one and the same config file for both ios and android, then it wont work even after importing it. Either you have to make a separate app (one for ios and other for android) or if your apps content is not going to change often, you can make the android app offline...

so i can design a splash page in the app, export to android, stop android from updating, and then delete from project and it wont show on ios :)
