App crashes on iphone5s running iOS7

My app runs fine with earlier OS versions on iphone3g, 4 and 5. But the app crashes on iphone 5s running iOS7. First the app icon image was not display on iphone5s. Then every time we attempted to open the app. It just crashed. Is Xcode version 4.5.2/Buzztouch self-host 2.1.7 compatible with iOS7? If not, would it help to upgrade xcode to version 5? Current Xcode Version 4.5.2 Buzztouch self-host rel.2.1.7 Testing platform and OS: iphone 5S with iOS7 Many thanks Cyrus

Hi there, Sorry for the lateness. I just saw your post in the 'unanswered' section, so though I'd help out! I think that iOS 7 compatibility is still coming to Buzztouch. David and the team are having hard nights debugging! Every major OS (be it Android or iOS) is the same. I would recommend upgrading your Self-Hosted to 2.1.9, if you can. This will make it more fluid for when the iOS Core 3.0 is introduced. We are ever nearing the release date for the iOS 3.0 Core. Also, there is a bit of a stir up with the new 64-bit iPhone 5S. This might be the reason why your phone isn't working with your app. For now, just stick with the older devices. It'll get sorted within days.

Hi Thomas, I'm glad to hear from you. Thanks for your advice. I have upgraded my self-hosted server to the latest version 2.1.9 already. I'm waiting for the iOS3.0 core files and plugins to be update. Hopefully just like you said it would be really within the next days. Finger cross.
