Changing Self Hosted Domain

Hi All, I am wondering if anyone has had any problems changing the domain of their self-hosted server. I would assume I would change out the domain the config.php file, then point the old domain to the new domain. Would this work? Jake

I had no problem with changing my self hosting server URL, but you will need to send an app update to the App Store because the config data URL for the app will change. Adam

you might be able to do a 301 redirect for the directory that has the config.txt if you still have control of the old domain. (might save you a update on your apps). Also, depending on how your configs are setup, you could send out a live/design update with the new configURL after you have the new server up and tested.
