Hi guys, When I try to download my project (working published app)I get this when i try and download IOS version from here. Errors occurred processing your request... 1) An error occurred processing your request. Could not load configuration data. (7) when I try and download the android version from here. Package result is not valid JSON? I have checked the JSON and its fine. I updated the binary for both versions app last august or so and didn't have that problem, Its an app that's updated with content daily and works great, its also quite a large app 7800 screens. Any ideas on how to fix it/ Thanks Sean

I just downloaded from my self hosted and BT hosted, no problems Dave

"From here" means where? Buzztouch Hosted? You might try clicking a few different plugins just to try and 'shake things up' a little. Otherwise, I'd send a note to David and find out what he's been working on recently. If it's self hosted, it might be API key, but just as likely another 'download' attempt might be successful. Thanks guys, its here on bt control panel, its only happening on this one app, even tried downloading differant app from here, and that downloads fine,I have emailed david, but not had a reply yet, I will wait to see if he has time to answer. Thanks guys

Try to copy the Config from BT and paste in config file in your project to see if that helps. LA

Hi guys, The original project i downloaded, Wont load into xcode, So i need to download fresh copy from bt, but i cant due to the above error, again its only on this 1 app, its quite large app, so i think the system may be having problems with it, Ive emailed David, but he,s probably swamped, Any ideas what to do, I have tried to use the app copier plugin, but it doesn't copy the whole config file over, Cheers Sean
