BT Payment Processor Broken

Hi gang, Quick update on our payment processor troubles. For those of you that asked, you're not doing anything wrong! Our payment processing solution isn't working. This means you can't purchase market credit or subscriptions. Short story: Our payment processor (Authorize.net) no longer supports / offers the solution we were using. It "stopped without warning" and we're now working out a different solution. Expect a new payment solution / checkout process in 12 hours or so. Cheers from Monterey... David

Yeh, I heard a rumor they got into some PSI compliance trouble. You might try paypal - we use it on all our sites. It is easier, and frankly, cheaper. :-) Joe C. Ps, I worked with those people before loooooong ago. You should check and make sure your existing subs will not be affected. Been there, paid for it. :-)

My subscription is up for renewal tomorrow (19th) - I assume while this is being resolved that my linked Apps will not be affected! Just logged on to renew too so will wait it out until resolved of course.

Same thing here. My subscription is due and I can't pay for a renewal. Can someone confirm that my apps will not stop working while they fix the issue. That would be disastrous.

Disaster area. Code Red. Alert. The best way I can describe the "new" online payment gateway solutions these days. I'll save the gory details. The newly improved payment flow is up and running (for Subscriptions and Market Credit purchases) and seems to test OK. Because there's little volume it's difficult to know how rock-solid it is. We'll see. We've gone with Braintree (a PayPal) company for a few reasons. Mostly because we're happy with the way they handle security (we don't store credit card info) they way they handle multiple payment types (PayPal, CC's, etc) and the rate they offered us (we pay for every transaction). NOTE: IF YOU ARE / WERE A PAYING SUBSCRIBER YOUR PREVIOUS PAYMENT METHOD WILL NOT BE BILLED ANYMORE. This means we'll need to get your payment method information in the new processor so your subscription isn't interrupted. It's still unclear on how to best do this. We'll reach out to paying subscribers and get this sorted. In the meantime, don't worry, nobody's previous subscription is going to be suddenly removed :-) Talk soon... d.

Now PayPal works fine for me, I easily renewed subscription.

Hello, I have sent emails to support and have not heard back. I cannot renew my subscription. I tried different browsers, different CC. Can we do this manually over the phone please.
