Device info and allow GPS plugin issue

When creating an IOS app on a mac using buzztouch and xcode why is it that when I add device info and allow GPS plugins to the menu row items section no information that should be displayed when running the app shows up just the name but a blank screen when i click into it.

If you mean 'blank' as in, no menu bar, no back button, etcetera, then you have an issue with the class. This usually translates to something in the JSON, or a plugin not present in the package. What does your log say when you run the app? Cheers! -- Smug

Hi, Thank you for responding. when I say blank I mean nothing coming up at all, because really when you add plugins such as device info and allow GPS some information is supposed to come up but that particular information that should come up does not. And yes to confirm there is no menu bar. As for the back button I haven't actually put one on yet because I haven't seen this option any ideas how to create one as this would be very useful. When I run the app it seems fine it says build succeeded. And the title of the plugin comes up but clicking in to it nothing shows up.

The back button is put there by BT when the screen appears, allowing you to return to the menu/previous screen. If it's not there, there is something not quite right with your project. Check the 'instructions.pdf' that is included with the package, and ensure you haven't missed any steps. Also, make sure you download all the required plugins with your package... you choose them when configuring your download package in the control panel. Let us know how it goes... Cheers! -- Smug
