No matter how much content is on a screen it will scroll to about one inch from the bottom, but to reveal to rest, I have to do a deliberate drag up/scroll - keeping a finger or thumb on the screen so it doesn't spring back - to see the content on the bottom of the screen. I can flick the screen to have it bounce up to reveal everything, but it immediately springs back down to cover up the bottom inch. In fact, my menu screen will let the 'list' go about an inch off the bottom of the display without really trying. I'm not running iOS 7 on anything; iOS 5.1 on the trusty iPad, and iOS 6 on my iPhone 3 & 4. Cheers! -- Smug Comments Which plugin? I don't notice this.
