terminal

can someone help, im following the instructions here to insert push in my xcode project, but i can seaqm to get terminal to convert the p12 to pem heres what the instructions here tell me open terminal (insert) cd/Users/mac_user$/Desktop/arley-docs (press enter) cd/Users/mac_user$/Desktop/arley-docs: is a directory (insert) openssl pkcs12 -in arleyhall.p12 -out arleyhall.pem -nodes -clcerts (press enter) error opening input file arleyhall.p12 arleyhall.p12: no such file or directory the p12 file is in the folder, and i have exported both the cert and key from keychain as a p12 file can anybody help, been at this since this morning, and cant figure it out cheers sean

oh and when i put cd in front of the line, it comes back with an error, so i start with users and it sais it is a directory

yes cant get my file changed to pem file for push , i explain it in the comments above thanks

No doubt, this is a fiddly process. In my experience, it is much easier to use http://p12pem.com/ instead of Terminal. If that doesn't work, it suggests you may have a problem to d with the way you created the .p12 file.

thanks guys, got it sussed, theres another help page on here, which i followed, and it worked, was a spce a wasnt putting in, its always me and my fay fingers lol thanks sean
