Hi Funkymonkey, I'm not sure what your issue is, but Jake Chasan has a site to do it via the web ... http://p12pem.com It's worked well for me in the past. Cheers Darrel

just keep getting this error on the above link, im putting the correct .p12 file in wrong file type uploaded.

When exporting to .p12 are you exporting the certificate and the private key? Or just the certificate? From memory I think you need both, see this doc for more info .. It's in there somewhere http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/BuzzTouchiOSPushNotifications.pdf Cheers Darrel

Yep, you need both ... from http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/pushNotifications-iOS.pdf "Export the Certificate. Find the Certificate in KeyChain Access and expand the Private Key (the private key is under the Certificate and hidden until you expand). Select both the Certificate and the Private Key. Export as APPNAME.p12"

yes thats what ive done, thats why the file above is called .p12 file ie arley.p12, i opened both the cert and key file in keychain and exported them to p12 file, dont know what im doing wrong

But are you highlighting both before the export? You know .. shift click to select multiple items.
