I was just notified today that BTM has done away with their self hosting service with the exception of their most expensive package, :(, does anyone know of any provider that handles the setup, maintenance and server needs like BTM once did? I was ready to sign up for their $25.00/month plan until I found this out today. Really want to get self hosted immediately but would like to have someone manage this part for me so I can focus my time on apps! Thanks!
