It looks like you are trying to validate PHP with the JSON Validator. When you click on "JSON Data" in the control panel, what do you see? Does your configuration data load? If the configuration data does not load, that means there is a problem with the PHP file that generates the Config data. This is usually not a big problem and can be solved easily if you are Self Hosted. The solution would be for you to redownload the 2.1.9 Package from your Buzztouch.com account, and perform an upgrade to your server. Does this help? Thanks, Jake

Yes, the configuration data loads and validates.

Thanks. You're right. I was trying to validate PHP with the JSON Validator. The app is crashing, plus I was curious to see if there was a way to see how the layout of the screen was done. For example, I want the caption to go under a photo rather than above - like the plugin has it, so I was poking around to see if anything made sense.

Ok, so the layout of a screen is not specified in the configuration data, it is usually specified in the code of the project. Are you trying to make an iOS or Android app? Thanks, Jake

I sometimes use an http client (not a web browser) to test my scripts. http://www.getpostman.com or http://ditchnet.org/httpclient/ Cheers! -- Smug

I think my question is, would the code I need to make changes to how a plugin looks be in the configuration data? I don't want to change how the plugin functions, only how it's displayed in the app. Here are the changes I'm trying to make, http://postimg.org/image/dcwj3hfhd/

Hello Sharon It was great meeting you at the BuzzTouch class on Saturday! Those changes would have to be done in the code. Send me a PM if you want to make those modifications. -- Niraj

Thanks Niraj. Great class Saturday. Hope David B made it home OK. Next time we can all chip in and buy him a plane ticket from SFO to Orange County. I will PM you now.
