customHTML page issue

Hi, Hope someone can help. App that was developed in Xcode 4, now compiling in 5, and trying to add a new screen. It's a customHTML page which for some reason doesn't show either the content in the page, or even a Back button despite that being set in the Control Panel. Xcode gives me these messages: the screen to load is nickname: "Welcome You" itemId: 81E471E276E4F1326230802 itemType: BT_screen_customHTML BT_viewControllerManager: initViewControllerForScreen nickname: "Welcome You" itemId: 81E471E276E4F1326230802 type: BT_screen_customHTML BT_viewControllerManager: initViewControllerForScreen: ERROR, could not initialize view controller for screen with itemId: 81E471E276E4F1326230802 I don't understand why it might have an issue with initialising a view. Can anyone help?

Have you tried downloading the new source code? All of the viewcontrollers have been updated in the last few months.
