iAds is working but do not showing on my phone 5?

Can someone please tell me how I should understand this? On my phone I can sometime see the empty square. And sometimes it it gone. the iads shows in the simulator but the output says: "the operation couldn’t be completed. ad inventory unavailable" and "iad didfailtoreceiveadwitherror : the operation couldn't be completed. Ad was unloaded from the banner" I did enable iAd Networking in iTunes Connect for the app. The app even appears in my iAd monetizing summary in iTunes Connect. see https://www.dropbox.com/s/qjbvdic0rubm3wh/iad.docx It seems like someone out there can see the iAd? If it is, it may be because your app isn't getting enough views, therefore no ads are displaying, as the system will always serve ads to apps that have high traffic, before your own. This is common across all ad networks. If your app is still in the development stage, the ad space will often appear blank until the app goes live. I have to say, I'm not a big fan of the iAds as I feel it doesn't offer a good rate. You may want to check out some of the other options.
