Image gallery plugin - android

Does anyone know of an image gallery plugin for Android or someother way that I can implement a photo gallery on an android app. I currently have an iOS app where I am using the MacImage gallery plugin to display some photos. I am porting this app to Android and trying to implement this same functionality.

Hi there ElDorado. There is a version of the MacImage Gallery for Android, of sorts anyway. If you download the Louisville Living app you can see it running on a few screens. It needs work but should appear in the next couple of months or so and save some folk some additional hassle. In the meantime there are some solid galley solutions available for Android that folk on here use. Their names escape me right now due to my old age and dementia kicking in but will post them back if nobody else jumps in. Happy apping!

Check out this solution from raveyd https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=193C0FFB5D09EAA06E6E922&tid=193C0FFB5D09EAA06E6E922 It works quite well on either platform. You can use pretty much any of these jquery galleries - http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/2011/08/25-jquery-image-galleries-and-slideshow-plugins/ What you want is one that displays your gallery in a nice mobile optimized/responsive page. Photoswipe is a really nice option too... http://www.photoswipe.com/
