R cannot be resolved to a variable and other Java Problem and different things are deprecated

New problems:/ Everything worked fine exept the Google map. Until the other day when I downloaded the project from Buzztouch. No matter what API I choose, I get a lot of errors? I redownloaded android v.3 and the older one. I updated the SDK I Cleaned the project 1000 times I "fix project properties" I also get a lot of warnings about different part there are deprecated. You can go into the Android Virtual Device manager and delete, and then recreate, any new simulators. But Eclipse shouldn't be having any issues at all. Comments No need to download Eclipse again. I redownloaded the older version, and tryed to open it in eclipse. There is something wrong with the DDMS It says: Could not open Selected VM debug port (8700) Can't bind to local 8600 for debugger.
