The App running on Ipad -Missing content screen(white screen), only tab buttons are available

The app is showing only the white screen, like a missing content, but only the tab buttons are available. Is that due to the new IOS version. Those are included 'with the package' but they're not 'in your project'. The 'instructions.pdf' file that comes with the project explains a lot of the detail work...
