I am now not able to get push to work through Urban airship. There seems to be a conflict with code so a none coder like me can't just follow the UA instructions. I have moved to a self hosted server and they simply won't open the ports that are needed. I am looking for either a UA expert or Parse expert to help me get overs this speed hump. Try asking your server host to whitelist the domain that needs to communicate with your server (ie apple.com, parse.com). Opening a port means anyone can connect on that port (bad). White listing a domain means that only that domain can access the port, any port for that matter (better).
