This is occurring since updating my Self Host to RD_RSS v1.2 I have tried removing and re-installing the plugin to no effect (removing it by FTP then using the Download option within BT Server) . File permissions are set at 755 any idea's? I updated the plug-in to the new 1.5 version, but this is running on a 2.1.8 install. The same exact message tho: "A problem occurred while saving the entries (2)" BT.com seems painfully slow today as well. Maybe the guy behind the curtain is back there making some adjustments. Last week right around this same time I had some strange server issues too. Weird. Comments I'm getting that same exact error on a SH box trying to change some settings for a menu button plug-in. (unless its to do with it bringing the updated v1.2 across) Anyone got a clean zip file that i can replace on my server? or even the earlier version? I'm stuck in a position where i removed the nav bar, updated, and can no longer put the nav-bar back, meaning my users can't continue navigating the app.... I fixed it by downgrading back to ver 1.4 of the plug-in and it's working. Totally feel your pain being stuck unable to change that JSON, cost me a few hours too I was hoping to utilize yesterday finishing a project. You need to upgrade your SH to 2.1.9 to use the recently updated plug-ins.
