You can either create a 'lite' version of your app which is basically creating a new app with less content, or continue with your existing app, and use an 'in app purchase' to 'unlock' features. That said, I've never done it. I know there is an 'in app' plugin that will facilitate, or assist in facilitating in app purchases, but again, never done it.
