Or maybe these things should be looked at as features and not businesses. Reminds me of how easily Google and Amazon cloned Groupon with Amazon Local and Google Offers. The 50 cents per msg thereafter is where it gets pricy. I am assuming the million messages means the msgs being delivered to each device, not the one that you send.
