Hi new & learning (slowly)

Hi everyone. Just working my way through the learning path initially. Looks like a lively bunch of people in the forum here too. For my day job I work in software (web, mobile) development - but, I'm on the business/product side of that equation. Trying to scratch an itch to learn to actually do some of the building myself and also gain a deeper respect for the awesome work my dev colleagues do by trying my hand at few things as well. Hi to all!

Welcome to Buzztouch, @firerunner! The learning path is awesome, but keep in mind it's a deep dive into the inner workings of the actual code. Great stuff to know, but not essential in developing apps at Buzztouch. The major takeaway should be that David @ Buzztouch has done an amazing amount of heavy lifting for us already, and we get to reap those benefits. Plus, the code is open for use to make improvements on. Perfect framework for developers of all skill levels! Don't hesitate to shout if you have any questions. We're here to help! Mark

Welcome @firerunner! Just like Mark was saying, Buzztouch is a great place to start or to go regardless of your developing skills! A great place to start is the Buzztouch U section as well as the How-To's section. David

I feel the same way!!! When I complete lessons and I think I know the answers I am surprised sometimes when I am incorrect. Wow! I can't wait to get the hang of this! Welcome! Sherry
