Xcode 2 issues

Hey everyone, getting close to finishing up with my first app. Everything is going great so far except I'm running into 2 issues in xcode and hoping someone might be able to tell me what I need to fix. Both are the same issue: CR menuAdvanced cell.m 'UITextAlignmentLeft' declared here When I go click on the issue and try to change the number or delete the number 0 (which is what is shown, its blank behind the right and center) it brings up about it being locked. Just wondering what I need to do?

Are you logged on as the administrator on your computer? Try downloading source code again and saving to a different folder.

Logged in as administrator, I'll try downloading the source code again. Could it be possible I need to edit it using something other then xcode? (textedit) I'll add a couple screenshots here in a little bit to better show you what I'm running into.

XCode shouldn't be the problem. Although it's possible that your 'permissions' got messed up, in which case you'll need to use the Disk Utility on your Mac to "Verify Disk Permissions". Probably should also run "Verify Disk" using that utility.

There other thing is that these are just warnings not errors, so they aren't anything to worry about. But not being able to edit your source code is a concern

Also you should only be making changes on the first two screens. Xcode shouldn't let you in the second two as those are Apple core iOS files

Thanks! I thought I was having a serious issue! I'm still wondering why I am not able to edit my source code either. Anything I need to look at both in xcode and possibly on my mac?

Did you run the disk utility?

Open the app (if not sure where to find it, hit command+space to open Spotlight and search for "Disk Utility"). Then select your harddrive and press the "Verify Disk Permissions" button. It will probably find a bunch of errors. Click "Repair Disk Permissions" when finished. Then do the same with "Verify Disk" - hopefully there's no errors on that one.
