How can I have a menu scroll underneath the image on the same page?

I have a image on my menu and many options where a user must scroll the menu to see all of them but when it scrolls up I do not want the menu that is scrolling to go over the image but would rather have it scroll underneath. Can this be done with buzztouch or do I need to write some code ? If I have to write some code any ideas where I can get such code?
