Welcome Caslor! Not sure why the email got bounced - that's definitely strange. I'm sure the admin team is all over it though. As for your question, here's what's on the pricing FAQ: What happens if I don't renew my membership next year?: a) Your account will be changed to our "Guest" account type. b) If you're using our backend to host any apps, you'll need to remove some (Guests are only allowed 3) before cancelling. c) Apps that you're self hosting are not affected (because you are hosting them on your backend) but you will not be able to create any new apps using your self hosted software.
