Looking into some alternatives to Eclipse and came across Motodev Studio which seems to be an adapted version of Eclipse that is preferred by some developers but is now defunct. Wondering: 1. Are there any Android-savvy developers out there who have come across something better/more user-friendly/less buggy than Eclipse? 2. Are the Buzztouch source files compatible with said program/s? But I haven't tried it. Google also recently released Android Studio, which I've spent some time working with and found it to be harder than Eclipse! Since most of the gentlefolk on here use Studio or Eclipse you'll get better support from the community using one of these. They are the most common as well.
