Has anyone used a program other than Eclipse for Android development?

Looking into some alternatives to Eclipse and came across Motodev Studio which seems to be an adapted version of Eclipse that is preferred by some developers but is now defunct. Wondering: 1. Are there any Android-savvy developers out there who have come across something better/more user-friendly/less buggy than Eclipse? 2. Are the Buzztouch source files compatible with said program/s?

I've read that you can use Netbeans with the Android SDK to do your development work. But I haven't tried it. Google also recently released Android Studio, which I've spent some time working with and found it to be harder than Eclipse! So far, for me, Eclipse have proven to be the best/easiest to get my Android work done. Mark

Personally, I like Android Studio better. Seems to be more responsive and less buggy for me.

For the time being I echo the above. Since most of the gentlefolk on here use Studio or Eclipse you'll get better support from the community using one of these. They are the most common as well.
