I ran across this site while looking for info on phones apps. I am an embedded software engineer of many years, but never have done phone apps. I am interested in writing a simple one with buttons that send characters to a Bluetooth connected serial device (slave)in the target I'm currently developing. The great thing about Buzztouch is you have the flexibility to do anything you want with the app, including what you're talking about, while saving a lot of time and work in the process. You'll need to do some custom coding, of course, since we don't currently have a plugin that talks to Bluetooth. But with your background that shouldn't be much of a problem. Comments Welcome Dennis!
