I don't work with enough images for this to be 'too' necessary... But I'm sure someone might find it handy. Although it says it leaves backups this would annoy me if I ran this programme. I ran it on one of my projects, and found all kinds of images that were referenced from my control panel, but of course, would not be referenced in the project. Not entirely safe.
