Hi I had posted a comment on an earlier thread here https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=9AC475EDDAE87A8DB2659F7 and @alanmac suggested I start a new thread. I think I am having the same problem that @alanmac described in his thread. I cannot seem to download the source files from the self hosted control panel hosted at my hosting company. I was able to see the bt-config when I entered the dataurl in a browser but the php fails to access the config file. I was hoping there was a quick? and easy? fix or work around. If anyone is aware of how to fix this please contact me. Thanks

I am having the same problem on newly installed self host. everything works up until downloading source, then i get a error 500.

Update for final outcome: With help from @PSMDanny we discovered an issue in my self-hosted config.php. Danny spotted a mistake in the config.php on (line 39): define("APP_URL", "/appdirectory"); It should have been a full url: "http://my.domain.com/appdirectory" (Of course you would substitute your values for "my.domain.com" and "appdirectory') Once I corrected this I still encountered issues with an app since this value for the APP_URL was stored in the BT-Config. Re-saving the app (screen by screen) in the control panel fixed that.
