Submitting landscape screenshots when your app does not go in landscape mode?

As i understand it, iTunes requires some landscape screenshots when you submit. What do you do if your app is designed not to rotate into landscape mode? Do you go ahead and submit it in that format but lay out the screenshot in such a way that it shows an image of your portrait-based screen?

Someone may have misled you; you're not 'required' to provide a particular orientation. On my recent app, I submitted all landscape, and no portrait screenshots. And along with that, the screen shot wasn't a 'screenshot', but a composite made of multiple images of my app... https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/568_Submission_1.png Don't worry about orientation. Worry about getting the most message across in the least amount of space :) Cheers! -- Smug

Correct, no specific orientation is needed. Cheers. Miguel
