In other words, she has a "thought of the day" she needs to send out everyday. Anyone know if any of our plugins have this capability or can we do this through Scringo? Posts: 6316 Reg: Nov 07, 2012 Tamuning, GU 81,410	07/13/13 09:01 PM (12 years ago) It shouldn't be an issue to make a webpage that 'includes' a text file (with a thought of the day) and have it not cache. Then the client can just update that include file whenever... either by web, or you can have your app update from her device... it's up to you. Another option would be to have a splash screen with a URL and stop the plugin from Caching the image. Every day it would fetch a new image from the same URL. All the client would have to do is change out the iPhone and iPad device images on the server to change the message. All I have to do is show her how to make entries. Right? I would recommend having your app auto refresh upon launch. That way the user will see all updates with out having to click the refresh button every time.
