Do you have a simulator that the system can use? does the dialog box appear? I've gotten that error sometimes when my simulator isn't ready. Maybe...? Cheers! -- Smug

Hey Smug, Thanks for your time and help :-) Eclipse is acting weird as a whole....it said I hadn't given it a path to the sdk so I re-did that, then the three devices I had set up in the avd manager were "x'd" out and no longer connected so I recreated a device. Plus, now it wont give me the option to choose Google api8. When I first set up eclipse and ran the first app it ran fine, eclipse just butchered it visually and so I made a 2nd app with different images for android. This second app has bunches of red x's in the source folder as well as several other BT_folders and is giving me so many errors. I've re-downloaded the app from Buzztouch twice. I can open up the simulator device but my app doesn't show up on the screen. I want to just bag it all and just stick with the iOS version but my client wants an android version so I have to figure this out. I'm going to a meetup tomorrow night and hope I find someone local that knows eclipse and is willing to help a newbie.

Take a break and watch some of GoNorthWest's videos on you tube... He has a few of them specifically for Android that really helped. Pop some corn; relax. It'll make sense eventually. It's just that 'under the gun' thing making you pressured. Cheers! -- Smug
