For iOS, there is at least one, search through the plugins. Some people use sites that specialize in producing RSS feeds, or you may start with Yahoo Pipes. However, Yahoo Pipes changes frequently and may not produce consistent results over time. Overall, using external sites seems to be the answer to your question. And yes, one would expect that RSS feeds should be easily incorporated into Buzztouch apps, but that, at least so far, hasn't been the case.
