You could use Stobe's Quiz tool:http://idevdepot.com/category/buzztouch-tutorials/stobes-buzztouch-tools/quizmaker-tool/ or what I personally do is create a csv file and export it using the CSV to JSON script /website: http://www.cparker15.com/code/utilities/csv-to-json/ Get the output and add it to dropbox grab the public url and put the link in the url dateurl section of the plugins control panel. you can update the quiz just by editing the json file hosted from dropbox or your host.
