My latest app was approved and is live in the App Store! Can you guess what the app is about, JACK? :) I'm a HUGE Duck Dynasty fan, and I'm glad this app was approved. I had to jump through some hoops through the approval process to make sure it was kosher, but here it is! Android version should be up soon! HUGE thanks, as always, to Buzztouch for making this possible. I'm also thankful to Nadthevlad for the awesome quiz plugin that allowed me to integrate Game Center with no problems at all. Check it out if you don't mind - it's a $1.99 app, which will turn a lot of people off, and I may do a free version with extensive apps, but I'll see how it goes. I may be calling on you for some guidance. It would have to be text based only to avoid copyright issues. @bonzo - if you listen to one of the recent buzzcast episodes, @appmaster gives the key to avoiding copyright issues. I used that advice, but still had to change the name of the app once. For Apple, as long as you make it clear in the name and use a proper tag line, you are ok. Now I still am at risk a little from A&E or Duck Commander, but I checked the legality of that side, and used a fair use disclaimer as often as I could, and I make the questions based on my observations, basically. The copyright issue is a fine line, there are android apps that are clear violations, but I made sure not to use any actual images or voices, and have an app title that is not misleading.
