I have allot of points on my usage map all over the world from the "iPhone Simulator". Is there a way I can purge all these points from my self-hosted usage map so I can start fresh with real users once I deploy my new app? In any event, those records are held in your BT database, in a table (most likely) named 'bt_api_requests'. Make sure you filter by appGuid so as not to throw out non-related records for other apps and stuff...
