hello BT

hey everyone. I am new to this, so thought I would say hello. I have built a few websites, but have been keen to branch out and focus on mobile apps. Have a little coding knowledge. But not nearly as much as I would like. This is a very steep learning curve for me, but I am very enthusiastic about it!!! If you see me at some point asking for help, please be kind haha, I feel a little out of my depth here...

Welcome! Glad to have u part of the community. I started back in August with the same experience as you - some basic web experience and little else. Be sure to go through the Buzztouch University courses. They will help out a ton. And, of course, ask lots of questions!

Hi, Thanks for the reply :) i have just started on BTU, i sort of jumped the gun a bit and started on an app... that's typical of me - I watched the three little intro videos and just jumped on in... But I am slowing down and learning more before I move on. If BT is half as awesome as I think it sounds then I am in the right place!

Believe me, it's moreso. Having a project to work on while you 'study' is a great way to learn though,

just finished the Intro course on BTU, and I am very excited. This certainly seems to be the place to be for what I want to do. So far this whole set up seems to be outstanding! And thanks for the warm welcome :)

Hey thanks for that, LA. Its good to know the community is as welcoming as the BT staff say that it is! I imagine a lot of questions bouncing around from me over the coming weeks... although I am keen to work this out myself since I know I will have a better understanding of the whole thing if have to really dig for myself. That being said, its good to know that when I hit a brick wall, that I have the support of the community.

That's the best part about Buzztouch imo - the awesome community.

Welcome, and remember that none of us we're born with this knowledge. Above that, No one was born knowing how to write code. So don't worry about asking questions. We've all had to ask our fair share to get where we are today. And you'll have to ask your share to get where you want to go. So Ask away! -tM
