Alert Menu Plugin question

How do i get the Alert Menu to pop up when i want it to? Is the user supposed to click a button for the alert to pop up or can i get it to just pop up when ever? Example: I have created an educational app and after a few lessons the user takes, i would like a alert menu to pop up asking the user to rate the app. How do i go about using this plugin to get it to do what i want? Where do i add it on the screens menu on the BT interface? I have a tabbed layout menu with 5 tabs so i have added them in the layout section. So these menu screens show up in the screens section. Im confused on where to add and show this alert menu plugin. Have no idea how to use it.

Hi KRima, Here is the user guide: http://jworldhosting.com/Uploads/Apps/HowToGuides/AlertMenu_HowTo.pdf When configuring this plugin, I would always use the "Fade" transition. I would not set this plugin to be the home screen or tab button of an app, as it does not have its own view. You can add it to a menu list, menu buttons, right nav bar, or link it to any screen that is not the tab bar or home screen. To accomplish what you want, I would have a "Launch Native App" plugin configured to the URL of the app store. I would have the Alert be in the right nav bar of a screen. Then the AlertMenu plugin can be linked to the Launch Native App plugin and your users can be taken to the app store to rate your app. Does this help? Thanks, Jake
