If not, I'm willing to pay if someone can do this? I know Apple didn't used to allow iPhone browsers to upload attachments and if this has not changed, I suspect that a normal form running in a browser will not work. (That's what jotform produces I believe). I don't know if Android is the same or not. I ended up going with an image emailer based solution, which wasn't very elegant to process at the back-end, but it got the photo off the phone in an effective way.
