Menu Plugin Problems-Simulator Makes a Weird Menu

I am trying to create menus with other sub-menus. So I figured I could just create a Menu then attach other menu screens to that menu. However, when I put it through the simulator, the menu is on small buttons at the bottom of the screen. I thought it might be the simulator which is the iPhone 6.1 simulator. However, when I downloaded the iPhone 5.0 simulator, I couldn't get my project to simulate on that simulator. Then I tried to just redo the entire project, and for some odd reason, there were no changes to the weird menu that the iPhone 6.1 simulator created. I must have broken something.....Any sort of help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

It's not easy, but it's not difficult. that said, there are many details to keep track of... Your best start would be by watching the BTU video courses that will familiarize you with the BT methodology. Take a look at the links on the left side of your screen while you're at your account page, and you'll see them. Informative and interesting, they'll get you started! Cheers! -- Smug

Yes, thank you. I have already had the opportunity to watch those videos and take the quizzes. But shouldn't what I'm experiencing not happen? It seems like a fairly simple organization as to not have this sort of problem. Even when I organize a simple, normal and single menu it still does the same thing. So it doesn't really have that much to do with my lack of knowledge and more with the setup of the simulator or Xcode or something to that effect. Which is why I'm asking if I need to try and run the simulation in iPhone 5.1 and if so, how I do that.

If I could send you a picture of what is happening, I think you might understand where I'm coming from.

Well, simulators and documentation are obtained via the "Xcode preferences" Go to your "Xcode" menu (from the menu bar, up top) and select 'preferences'. When the preferences window appears, choose the tab 'downloads'. In that 'panel' there are two choices; 'components' and 'documentation'. Choose 'components' and download the 'iOS 5.1 simulator'. I wouldn't worry too much about the 5.0 or 6.0 simulator... Let us know how things go! Cheers! -- Smug
