Scringo and Privacy Policy

Just trying to anticipate things and add anything I may need, but has anyone had to put up a privacy policy either on their app support site or inside their app, if they included Scringo or the Weather plugin (which uses location services) inside the app? Thanks

I put a privacy policy and use policy in pretty much everything I put out there regardless of what is inside... What the app does, what it collects, or does not collect, how we use the info etcetera... Usually in an HTML Plugin off in the back somewhere... Cover your app... ;) Cheers! -- Smug

Thanks :-) I was just thinking that. Do you have a sample privacy policy? Cheers

I'm kind of caught redoing one right now... the boilerplate is here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/appPrivPol.txt Customize it to your own use. It is *no* good without an edit in it's current state. Cheers! -- Smug Edit: the one I have that I'm about to change is here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/appdisclaimer.html I basically just altered my website policy, and it's not quite the way I want it... rush rush rush, you know?
