New License Agreements from Apple

Has anyone else seen the new license agreement warnings when logging into iTunesConnect? Do we need to agree to these first before they approve any app that has been submitted to them? I tried following their links so I can "approve" the agreements, but they led me nowhere except the main sites for iTunesConnect or the iOS Developer sites. Anyone have direct links to these agreements so I can sign off on them or indicate where the heck they are located on their sites? :-) See link below to see what I mean: http://postimg.org/image/lvqz62m53/ Cheers

I tried to upload a binary last night and couldn't as I'd not agreed the new licences. You need to agree the one on the developer account first then you'll be able to agree the one in contracts. There was a delay from agreeing the first one before having the option to agree the other.

Well, I already submitted my app on Friday (haven't heard anything back yet). But, I tried following the links and they didn't take me anywhere that I could actually click AGREE :-) LOL...do you know where exactly you went in the iTunesConnect and Developer portals to click AGREE? Cheers

The one submitted will be ok. If you hit the link to the dev site you will see the agreement at the top of the page, again the same in the contracts area after you have first agreed in the dev portal

I went round and round with that; I finally gave up. I think Alex is right with respect to 'time interval'... I logged in this morning, and apparently they finally realized I agreed. Cheers! -- Smug

LOL...looks like you went further thanI did. Other than the screenshot at the link I sent above, I don't see anywhere else where you can click AGREE to agreement to these new license agreements. I don't see any other links on top of the developer portal or iTunesConnect :-)

Press continue, the message and links will be displayed again. Click 'member center' and you should see it. Make sure you are signed in to apple dev account.

Alex@TM. I did, but all roads seem to take you to developer.apple.com and I don't see any links at the top of the screen or any of the other options there where you can get to the agreement(s) so that you can accept them :-) Weird. Do you know exactly where the agreement is located on their site so I can navigate/drill down to them? Cheers

Never saw the link there, but somehow magically the developer agreement was no longer showing when I logged in yesterday evening, and I was able to get to the other agreement. Apple definitely needs to make this an easier and clearer process :-) Thanks
