When you open it under documents, does everything work? Yes when you unzip it and move it like @GoNorthWest does in his video into a folder named "Android Development". LA

You can open sdk manager without using Eclipse. When starting Eclipse, right click and run as administrator and that should help. You on a pc or mac? LA

ok here is the problem, You the 64-bit Eclipse but only a 32-bit JDK (or vice-versa) so check your pc and see if it's 32 or 64. Uninstall everything and then install the correct versions of both and they must match. LA

Yeah it's not matching. The bundle and jdk have to match so if your using 32, then both have have to be 32. LA

Look, I'm not pinging on 'windows', but I will say that getting rid of 'Vista' was a good thing for me. I'll take XP, I'll take Windows 7, but I leave Vista alone. It's not just Buzztouch; anything in Vista is a challenge. Cheers! -- Smug
