Hello, I ave import my app, and it is runing ok in the Xcode withw Iphone 6.1 simulator. It refresh ok. But I am having a problem. Wen I create new row and I put "tapping this row loads" any of the "content screen" like, pdf, excel, html, the row appears on when I refresh the menu, but it does not load any thing. It enters in a new page that only have a top blue navigation bar and a white screen. Can you Help Nelson

Hey @Nelson, I have been having this problem also. I run my IOS simulator and it opens a screen with blue navigation bar so your not the only one. LA

"How" are you calling the screens? Just a generic menu assignment, or are you customizing code? "Typically" (meaning, often but not always) a blank navigation bar with a white blank screen means the plugin did not load correctly (and you'll see a load view error in your log cat). Check your logs, see which plugin it's trying to call, and ensure it has been added to the project correctly. If you haven't made any code modifications to your project, it's probably a plugin not added. If you've modified the code, or trying to do something odd with the menu, then it could be something else... Check your logCat and see what it tells you. Cheers! -- Smug

Hello LA. I try all simulators that I have including the 6.0 but I have the same error. If I tap the row of a any of the "content screen" like, pdf, excel, html, it goes in error and the screen goes white. But if I tap a row to a new simple menu it goes ok. Did it happen to you also? Nelson

My first suggestion would be change "Programação" to something without special characters. And your system might be able to handle special characters, but it's the first suspect thing I see. Cheers! -- Smug

Are you sure you copied the entire plugin folder over? May need to see your JSON configuration data from BT_config.txt

Hello chris, I am working direct withe Buzz, Xcode, and see on simulator. Wen I download the project I just had the app icon and the home screen menu. I construct this row's after.

You might try copying your BT_config.txt file from your BT Control panel online, and pasting it into your BT Project. That will make sure your project has 'fresh' data. Especially If you 'added' plugins to your configuration 'after' you've downloaded it. Cheers! -- Smug

Check again that you have your plugin folder copied into Xcode properly. That's about the only thing that can cause the errors in your debug output. Unless you deleted the screen you're trying to load.

Looking again at your debug, it's definitely not an issue with your bt_config data. Something is wrong with your custom HTML/text plugin. Try re downloading the source code for your project.
