Customising the Interactive Quiz Plugin

https://www.dropbox.com/s/cb5826e585aqr03/Screen%20Shot%202013-06-08%20at%209.30.25%20PM.png Please refer to the screen shot above. I want to set up the scoring , finishing options section and the Quiz send results to URL section in order to save the results of the quiz for the user to check his/her highest score set in the past. The thing is i dont know how to code (but am willing to learn and follow instructions) and i have no idea how to set up or where to start making this happen. Can someone please give me info on where to get started and what the process is to complete this. I understand the code requires the "key/values appended to the results URL" section that list needs to be called upon in the code but dont know what im doing. Is there an easier way to do what i need or is there another plugin that does this? Thanks in advanced.

Have you looked at Nad's solution? https://www.buzztouch.com/plugins/plugin.php?pid=ABA567A098CB794C4191E81 Cheers! -- Smug

This part isn't implemented in the NAD quiz. I will put it back in one day when I figure out the PHP side of things. MacApple might have a php script that will work with this.
