It is an entertaining and informative app designed to get across a few safety tips around water. My son, Nick and I put it together- in part for his school project, and also as a subject that he is really interested in- he is a part-time lifeguard at our local pool and life-saving trainer. It is Drowning Prevention Week here in the UK 22nd to 30th June so we aimed to get it up and out for then. Huge thanks go to Kittsy here, not just for his stunning carousel menu plugin, but for the great help he gave us adapting the game and other code magic. Kittsy is the coding king! AlanMac kindly pointed us to the typetext method and we have, with permission, adapted the characters and used the animation created for the official RLSS campaign. Hope you like it... That's a very nice looking app! It's swim season here in Arizona as well, and we've already had several unfortunate child drownings. I'll have to promote it in this area as a good way to remind people of safe swimming practices. My daughter is also taking a junior lifeguard class this summer! Kittsy does indeed rock!
