How to uninstall plugins?

I am having problems with my two menu plugins and want to uninstall them and then reinstall them - any ideas how to do that?

Hi @richardemery839, I assume that you are self-hosted. You can't delete them from your control panel. You need to access the plugin folder on your server, locate/delete the plugins and refresh your plugin list on your BT account. Cheers, Farcat

Ya, Farcat is right; if you're self hosted you have to remove them via file transfer protocol, or however your host has it configured. If you're BT hosted, you can't remove any plugin that 'you' didn't create. You then have the option (if you're self hosted) to either populate them via BT or upload your own copies. All of that info is in your 'plugins' control panel of your BT self hosted server. You can also manually add them via file transfer protocol if you have a lot of them, then refresh via control panel. Thanks guys. I am not self hosted. Smug this is a continuation of yesterdays problems with my menus. I am beginning to think the problem may be with Xcode. I was hoping to reload the menus first to rule out them as the problem - when the menu goes to a page there is no header or back button - before reloading Xcode.

The problem isn't with Xcode. If you download a fresh copy of your app, unzip it, and launch it, are you getting the same issue? Cheers! -- Smug

Hi Smug. That worked perfectly thank you. I tried two apps and by downloading a fresh copy and deleting the old one's first they work perfectly. Thanks Richard
